Insurance benefits
You may be eligible for insurance coverage if you live in Washington State. Even if you live outside of Washington, you may still be eligible for coverage due to COVID, so check with your insurance provider for details. Refer to the form below to learn more about your nutrition benefits and coverage through your insurance.
